The categories range from tackle, lures, rods, reels, footwear, apparel, boats, electronics, and more!
Here is a glimpse of some of the Best of Category award winning cool new fishing toys that were unveiled at ICAST 2019.
Best of Show/Best Boating Accessory
Garmin Force Freshwater Trolling Motor
John Spiddle from Garmin Marine gave us an overview of the brand new Force Freshwater Fishing Trolling Motor that won both Best Boating Accessory and Best of Show at the ICAST 2019 New Product Showcase. This new motor unit integrates seamlessly with Garmin's Sonar technology and comes with a handheld remote control, as well as a wireless foot control.
Best Saltwater Reel
Shimano Stradic FL Spinning Reel
Trey Epich showed us the all new Shimano Stradic FL spinning reel ay ICAST 2019 which was awarded Best Saltwater Reel in the New Product Showcase. The Stradic has been a longtime favorite of Chesapeake Bay anglers for light tackle jigging for striped bass.

Humminbird MEGA 360 Imaging Transducer
Chris Hatton of Humminbird showed us the new MEGA 360 Imaging Fish Finder Transducer which won in the Electronics category in the ICAST 2019 New Product Showcase. The MEGA 360 is compatible with the Humminbird SOLIX and HELIX series fish finders and enables you to have a 360-degree view around your boat, 125-feet in every direction.

Hobie Mirage ProAngler 14 with 360 Drive Technology
Kevin Nakada of Hobie showed us some of the features of the all new MirageDrive 360 which won the Boat and Watercraft category in the New Product Showcase at ICAST 2019. This new drive will be available on the Pro Angler 12 and 14 models coming in 2020.
Best Cooler and Bait/Storage
Frabill Magnum Bait Station 30
We talked with Tim Makos about the winner of this year's Best Cooler and Bait/Storage Category at the New Product Showcase at ICAST 2019 was the Frabill Magnum Bait Station. This 30 quart cooler from Plano Synergy has built in aerators and can be divided into two sections for storing multiple types of bait.
